Prilla jewellery will endeavour to despatch your item within 2 working days of payment clearing for your online order.

Your item will be sent via Royal Mail as a tracked package which will take 2-3 working days to arrive at UK addresses.

Once your item has been passed on to Royal Mail you will receive an email confirming your parcel is on the way and providing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to look into the progress of your delivery via Royal Mail’s Track and Trace service.

If there are any issues with your delivery please contact Prilla and we will try to resolve with Royal Mail on your behalf.

As standard Prilla only posts to UK addresses (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales). If you are interested in having an order shipped to a non-UK address please contact Prilla to discuss options and costs.
